|Creator||Quintinia Excrutia Scepticus|
The Henoticon, also known as the Formula of the Division of the Land, is a document delineating the borders and border rights of the city-states of the Haacobin Empire. It was drawn up in HIR 1011 by Empress Quintinia Excrutia Scepticus and has since been heavily amended, being invoked by the city-states in their constant struggles with each other for mutually coveted lands and resources. The original is housed in the Quintessentum in Clementine.
It may be named after the Henotikon, which was issued by the Byzantine emperor Zeno in 482 in an unsuccessful attempt to reconcile the differences between the supporters of the Council of Chalcedon and the miaphysites.
