Isidore is an inland city-state which is considered a rising power in the Soutlands. This has resulted in the banding together of several Frestonian city-states to form their own loose confederation in response. Isidore is the southwesternmost of the Soutland city-states and borders Pollux to its northeast

Indolene, one of the gaters at the Harefoot Dig, is from Isidore.
